I've been thinking a lot about how to structure commissions and have decided I don't like providing a "list of services" with set prices. I'm sure this is a more organized way to do things, but I also have been on the other end of things, liking an artists work, and knowing I couldn't afford it. 

In the interest of eliminating the barriers and needless structure, I'm taking a new approach:

1. Every project is different. 
I want to encourage the exchange of ideas and push the art forward. A lot more than cash goes into an artists work--for starters ENTHUSIASM for the project. If you want a piece of art, I want to hear about it. Send me a note here or on deviantart and tell me what you would like to commission. Rather than start from the angle of cash, we're going to start with the idea. What could be. Provide details. 

2. I'm abandoning price lists as an experiment. The only limit is I'm setting my minimum commission price at $10. 
I would like to do art as part of my living. Every commission makes me better. By now we are all aware of pricing in the community (e.g. Black and white single image is obviously less involved than a full photomanip or color tf sequence). Once again every project is different, I can't know until I hear the idea, understand what you want. 

So anyway, that's it: 
1. send a note with your idea(s) (details are good) 
2. know that, at minimum, artwork will be $10. We can discuss price in relation to the idea.

Also, just as a reminder, the type of artwork I do: Digital drawing (black and white and color), photomanipulation, pencil sketches, etc.

Thank you all for the kind words, comments, and support. You have no idea how much I appreciate them. I'm also glad to see the response to the last three polls I put up. I've been submitting artwork here for a while and always have nagging questions regarding what people are into. I'm going to generally make the art I like, but if people are really dying for donkeys or something I don't want to leave them hanging. As always, love to hear what is going on, any ideas, and all that.

New Comic coming mid-2014
I'm hard at work on my first comic release and I know you will all enjoy it. I've been sitting on a few stories and I'm over waiting. They have to be told and I want to do them with images. I will be throwing up updates here and there, including the release date, so make sure to follow me if you haven't already.

I've made the decision to dive into the drawing, as well as experiment with some 3D modeling. The issue with photomorphs is it is extremely hard to find photos with interesting content that also double as good morph material. Smiling directly at the camera or other standard model behavior doesn't cut it. The images must tell a story, be in a workable resolution, and not something I can't stand to look at for several hours. Showing a tf progression of one model in a convincing way? Forgettaboutit! Progressions with model approval are a dream. I'm not ruling it out. I'm sure there are lovely models out there who would love to participate in tfs, but right now I'm not finding it. (There are a few people who want revenge tfs of people they know. Rolling eyes.)

I guess some general insight into this: it's not some dark sick obsession. TFs are fun, we are a generation away from tweaking our genetics in ways we cannot even fathom, all of this makes sense. I think TFs should say something more than simply I slapped hair and claws on a photo. What would a real human hybrid look like? In some cases I think it would be disconcerting at first yet wonderful to so many people. Who wouldn't want to be a fox for a day?

Anyway, I have to invest time into improving my drawing chops, especially for the sake of stories I want to tell. I'm sitting on so many great ideas that I know you all will love. Have to make them happen.
